• Prices for the competitors in the comparison table have been selected based on choosing the logo design package that we believe represents the most comparable deal, and hence is a subjective evaluation by us. We therefore encourage anyone using the comparison table to do their own research and make their own evaluations based on this.
• The rates and information provided is gathered from the websites of the providers in September 2009, and is made available to the best of our knowledge, as of what we understand is accurate and true.
• The comparison table has been made to comply in accordance to the Directive 97/55/EC of European Parliament and of the Council of 6 October 1997 amending Directive 84/450/EE, concerning comparative advertising.
• If any information should not be in accordance with actual facts and/or above standards, we encourage to contact us by e-mail: legal@baar.no, so that we can have the opportunity to correct any information that should not meet the requirements of accurate information and legal marketing procedures.

We will give you a 14 day price guarantee from the date of order: If you within this period find another provider with lower comparable price than us on logo design, we will give you a gift certificate that equals the price difference. The gift certificate can be used toward any of our other design products.

If you for any reasons, are not happy with our service and/or deliveries, we will refund you, with no questions asked and without any fees. We will provide the refund by returning the money directly back to you, and/or in certain cases provide a gift card certificate that can be used towards any of our products in the future. However, we would advise that you first allow our design team to deliver a minimum of 10 unique logo design concepts, so that we can provide a good selection of logos you like, and hence prove that we indeed have the required skills, determination and persistency to solve any logo design project given to us. Also please note that the refund cannot be granted if the final files for your logo/business card/stationery/website have already been delivered to you.
